Your First Appointment
Your initial visit to this office is for gathering necessary information. Please complete the dental and medical history form, in advance, and bring it with you. This will allow us to make better use of your time here.
We will ask your general dentist to send us any necessary information and your most recent x-rays.
Your first visit will include:
- A discussion of your concerns
- An analysis of your medical and dental history
- A head and neck health screening exam
- A careful and thorough examination of your mouth
- Additional x-rays may be taken to supplement those received from your dentist
